THE SOUNDTRACK PLAYED LIVE TO THE
MOVIE BY SYMPHONIC ORCHESTRAS
The movie „Germany From Above“ is frequently performed live in concert with a 50- piece symphonic orchestra in philharmonic halls.
It’s a unique experience to listen to the beautiful original score, created by Boris Salchow, and being overwhelmed by both: the power and the glory of a symphonic orchestra, and the spectacular aerials of the movie in line with the musicians, on the giant screen.
„Germany From Above“ is the only German sound movie that is performed live with the big orchestra. Even the very premiere of the movie was performed live, with the Essen Philharmonics, conducted by the great Helmut Imig at Germany‘s by far biggest movie theatre, the beautiful art-deco „Lichtburg“ in Essen. The biggest audience so far was noted at Munich’s Philharmonic Hall „Gasteig“, with a crowd of 2.300. The event, in co-operation with München Musik, was sold out six weeks in advance. Every live show of „Germany From Above“ has been sold out so far. So better hurry for reservations!
